Google sign-in

Signing in gives Viewmesh your basic Google profile and verified email. We use an encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in and a hashed account identifier to count trial use and link purchased credits. We also keep your name, email, first recorded visit, latest workspace visit, and sign-in dates and counts in a private account directory for support and service administration. Only the authorized owner can view this directory. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.

Your work

When you are signed in, new views are saved privately to your account in a database on our hosting service. A saved view includes its name, generated code, controls, conversation, recent revisions, and favorite status. This lets you open it on another device using the same account. Existing browser-only views are copied to your account only when you choose them. Signing in does not publish your views.

Your browser also keeps account-scoped recovery copies and changes waiting to sync. Signing out hides the account library, but local data may remain on the device. Use private browsing on shared computers and clear site data when finished. The save indicator distinguishes confirmed account saves from changes still waiting to sync. Download backups of important work.

When you create or revise a view, your request and relevant workspace content are sent through our server to your selected provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate the result. Avoid submitting secrets or sensitive personal information. We retain generation usage records and account allowance counts to operate the service and prevent abuse.

To recover interrupted connections, we temporarily keep a generated result on our server, accessible only to its signed-in account. If generated code fails compilation, we also retain that code and bounded compiler error details privately to diagnose the failure. These records expire after 24 hours; expired copies are removed during subsequent recovery or generation activity. These temporary generation records are separate from the views you save in your account library.

Service providers

Google provides sign-in, OpenAI or Anthropic processes generation requests according to your model selection, and our hosting provider operates the website. Stripe processes payments. When you open checkout, we send Stripe your sign-in email and a hashed account identifier to link the purchase to your account. We retain pack, checkout and payment references, status and credit balances. Viewmesh does not receive full card details. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Control and retention

You can export or delete views in the app and clear local browser storage. Removing an account view deletes its stored content after the deletion syncs; a small record of its identifier and version remains to stop older devices from restoring it accidentally. Other devices apply deletions when they reconnect. Separate browser-only copies and downloaded exports are not erased. Hosting backups, where retained by our provider, may contain earlier copies. Account allowance and security records are kept while needed to operate the trial and handle support. Payment records, if applicable, may need to be retained for accounting and legal requirements. Email support to request access, correction or deletion of account information.
